You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. We process cancellation requests within 1 business day, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

For returns by mail, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your return is lost in transit, we will be unable to process your refund until the item is received at our facility.
